Musket Girls!

After dying in my previous life, I was reincarnated into a brutal world shaped by early modern–style warfare, where disciplined line infantry clash in deadly musket exchanges. Reborn as a low-born second lieutenant, I quickly earned the ominous nickname “Krombertz the Grim Reaper” due to the staggering casualties suffered under my command. As punishment—or perhaps something more—I’m reassigned as a staff officer to the 6th Special Duty Brigade, an all-female military unit. The mysterious brigade commander seems to be plotting something behind the scenes, the laid-back non-commissioned officers are unreliable, and the rank-and-file soldiers are inexperienced young girls with barely any combat training. In a world where failing to fight means certain death, survival is not optional.
